I was able to reproduce the problem as well on the new UI. The option is not available to exclude free email addresses in the properties of the E-mail field.
The workaround you can do is to use temporarily the old UI of the Form Builder. You can do that by appending the text &old=true in the URL while using the Form Builder.
See video below for guidance.
Once you are in the old UI, the option should be available again.
To go back again to the new UI just close your browser and then open again later, and login back to the Form Builder.

I used the &old=true and it worked. It seems that all my forms work with the old UI. Now how do I switch back to the new UI for all forms? I do not want to keep the old one for ever.
