Can I add an URL link to my form?

I would like to add a URL link or PDF that displays our company code of ethics so those filling out the form can click that they "have read and agree" with the code.

There are a couple different way to add a terms of use to your form.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

The method described in the guide would allow for adding a link to your terms of use within the form.  There are also links to widgets that can be added to the form to add terms of use agreements directly in the form.
