I tried to put my form on a webpage using the source code. But for some reason the form faults out. Can you help troubleshoot this?

here is the form and the webpage:

I have checked the link where you have embedded your form and I  can see it is currently working fine right now:

If the issue still happens on your end, please try embedding your form using another embed method, the iFrame is the best option to avoid inconveniences or conflicts, here is the guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

If I use iframe then I have no clue where my leads are coming from. I spend $2000 a month on ads and all google analytics says is "referral" because google cant follow the lead thru jotform since you guys dont allow script.

So I put the form source code on that page.

So I just tested it and now it works.  Since this is my business can you tell me what that error is that happens? Curious how many times a potential customer hits that error?

If you would like to keep using the iframe embed method, then we have a widget that will allow you to add your Google UA tracking code https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/google_analytics

I'm glad that it's all sorted now. I browsed around our Support Forum and failed to find any threads discussing that error similar to yours. Since you're curious and concerned on what the error is about and possibly how to avoid it, I have escalated your thread to our Developers. Perhaps they can shed some light on what triggered the error message.

Although I won't be able to give you any timeframe, rest assured, we'll keep you apprised on this same thread if/when there's an update.
