The system was slow to non-responsive most of the afternoon: are you working on the system??!

I checked this on your form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/60245123148952 but I could not replicate the issue at this time.
Can you please confirm that you are still experiencing the issue at this time?
If it does, perhaps its a browser related issue. You can also try using a different browser to check and test.
Please try viewing the submission data using either Chrome or Firefox browser.
Let us know if issue still remains.
