Why is my form email notification missing information in it?

    Created new form, https://form.jotform.com/62934992604162,  and with form randomly filled in and sent the email notification is missing information. Have tried several times. Note, that the submissions report shows it correctly.

    In the section titled: 

    EMAILS
    Send notification and autoresponder emails on submissions. I found the table is nearly empty.

    Are you referring to receiving an empty email notification that doesn't have all of your form fields answered in it?

    Please check your email notification to make sure it has been set up properly with the correct tags inserted for each of your form fields.
