Why doesn't screen reset to top after submitter hits 'submit'?

Once my client completes the form and clicks submit, the screen goes white. It took me a few tries before realizing that the page doesn't refresh to the top. It just shows a bunch of empty space, unless you scroll up to the top.

The auto scrolling to the top seems to be fine on my end when I use a cloned version of your form.

Could you please try an iFrame form code on your web page to see if that makes any difference?
