I deleted my submissions but upload space is still full.

    hello jotform i have already delete half of my submission, but its still full :(

    can you check my account?

    Hi dama,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your starter plan associated with this email address: dama.analyticdpupr@gmail.com, and it appears that everything is working properly. I also checked, and there are some trash entries in your account. Can you try to purge your deleted submissions? Rest assured, I’m here to help. You can purge your deleted entries. Let me show you how:

    • On the Jotform Tables page, under the Form tab, click on the Three Dots icon.
    • In the drop-down list, click on Trashed Entries.
    • In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, select Deleted Submission.
    • Click on Delete Forever and that's it.
