Feedback Button is not mobile responsive

    I add form in a website en.l-originale.com (feedback button why choose our vinegar).

    Why it isn't responsive?

    Unfortunately, I believe the feedback form cannot be mobile responsive. This is because you are declaring a fixed width and height in the Feedback embed code.

    If you would like your embedded form to be mobile responsive, it would require using your forms iFrame code and embedding it directly to the page:

    Thanks david, but with iframe i can't use feedback button in site?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible for the Feedback Button and iFrame to be used together. You should have no problem making your form mobile responsive by using iFrame. But with Feedback Button it is not possible since it fixes the size of your form to constant values. 

    Even if it would be possible to use the two together, Feedback Button would still create problems when the mobile responsiveness matters. So, using them together would not resolve your issue. 

    Please try iFrame on the related part of your website and see if it works as you desire.
