I had a vendor complete the form and submit payment I received confirmation that the submission happened, but I can not see any information they put into their form. I only see the payment part. What did I do wrong when I created my form?

I have checked on the submissions of your form https://form.jotform.com/62978288211162 and I can see the only submission you have there is empty, in the email notification that was sent only the payment section shows indeed, but the submissions page does not show the payment section either.

However, I can see you made some changes on your form recently, you've removed the PayPal integration you were using before and you've set the fields as required, do note that if none of the fields is required then your users may simply click on the submit button and the form will be submitted.

Here is a screenshot of the form revision history as well as of the email log for that submission:

You can also check the form revision history by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history

Please test your form now, it has required fields so they must be filled in order to submit the form and they should show in your submissions page.
