Auto responder doesn't include quantity

I'm still having issues with the auto respond emails... so frustrated because I can't figure out why it's not showing the quantity in the emails.  I'm not able to confirm any of the orders... Please help.

I've changed your Autoresponder email as you can see below:

I've written Quantity and their IDs near the meal names.

In order to test; I've fulfilled the form, clicked the Submit button. I've received an autoresponder email as you can see the screenshot below:

If you prefer, you can change the autoresponder email as the following screenshot:

So that, I have received an autoresponder email to my email address as the following screenshot:

I recommend you to change the notification email as you can do in the autoresponder email.

Is there an easy way to do this? Or do I have to manually change each auto responder on each form? Hand typing all those codes increases my risk for errors 😬 looking for a blanket fix for all the active forms. Thanks!!

This is the easiest way to fix the issue. Also, you can copy and paste the following table into the content of your autoresponder email and you can modify it:
