Up to now I have had no issues with viewing my form but now I get a blank screen.
If I go into "My forms" and click on a form you get an option to edit it or "More", when I select more and choose to view the form a new window opens up but the form does not show.

I was able to view your form so I think you've figured this out already. But I have cleared your forms cache and re-save your form just to be sure. Can you check again? Let us know if the issue persists.
