Is there still no way to allow all form users to choose multiple dates from a calendar without choosing them one at a time from a configurable list?Asked by DTelegram on October 26, 2016 at 02:56 PM
One of our forms is used daily by a group of advertising sales reps who use the form to order and schedule their ads. They need to be able to choose all the dates that an advertisement should be scheduled to publish and all the dates in a month need to be available to the entire group when they are completing their ad orders. We inquired about this one year ago when we started using Jot Form and I still don't see anything available for us. We currently just use check boxes for the months and the individual days of the months. As you can imagine, that process is a bit time consuming.
Please advise if any new options are available.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the date reservation widget function in such a way that if one of my ad reps chooses (for example) November 1st, then November 1st is not available to the next rep that fills out the form?

That won't work here. As I stated in my original comment, I need all dates to remain available to all the ad reps. We had asked a year ago when we started using the Jot Forms for a calendar that would allow us to choose more than one date per order and that would leave those dates available for the next form user after one form user has selected them. We were told then that work was in process on such a widget. Apparently, that has not happened?
Yes, correct. Once the date is selected, it will be unavailable for the next person.
I've found the old thread, that was a year ago and unfortunately, we still don't have an update for the request. The ticket is still assigned to our backend team, but I'm not sure if they will still consider of adding it. I will try to ask them and let you know.
