My form is saying I've reached a signed form limit

    Hi+

2 issues. My form is saying I've reached a signed form limit, but I turned that signed form option off. I just need the options to work up to the submit button. Also, it isn't giving me the option to upgrade my plan.

    Thanks,

    Nicole

    Hi Nicole,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it appears that you are approaching your current usage limit for Monthly Signed Documents.

If your form has enabled the Jotform Sign Automation in the Signature field, it will count towards the Monthly Signed Documents usage limit. You can disable it and use the Signature field to normally count towards the Monthly Submission limit. Check out my screenshot below:

I've cleared the form cache and recalculated the account's usage limits. If you need to upgrade to increase your submissions, storage, or payment limits, this guide will help you decide which plan to choose and how to pay for it. You can also upgrade your subscription from your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Thank you! I believe that I disabled it. For the upgrade, I'm only seeing an annual option and not a monthly option for payment. Is there a monthly option to pay?

    Thanks!

    Hi Nicole,

Thanks for getting back to us. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
