When a user submits your form the easiest way to be informed is to setup email notifications on your form. Please read our simple guide about how:

You can also check your submissions through JotForm for every one of your forms. Please see how:

1. Go to your form page; https://www.jotform.com/myforms 

2. Select the form that you want to see the submissions of. And click submissions like this:

When you receive an email notification you can also check the details of the submission like this.
