I need to set up a multiple Payment option

We sue Strip as a payment option for our members. I want to create a payment section on an invite that will allow cash or cc and include 3 different options to choose from with different pricing. 

JotForm forms can only have one payment field per form. However, if you want to offer payment options such as check and/or cash alongside to receiving credit card payments through Stripe, then this is indeed possible by following this guide:

The guide talks about PayPal, but the same applies to Stripe, or any other of our payment fields.
