We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing.
However, Could you please provide us some more details about the problem you faced to face? If you have trouble about transferring your submissions to your dropbox account, I was not able to recreate the same issue on my side.
If this is the issue, I can suggest you to remove dropbox integration from your form first and then re-integrate. It should work properly after that. Please have a try this and let us know if the issue still persists.
