As stated earlier in previous email, we are not receiving emails from jotformforum submissions. I have checked our Gmail account and show no spam messages from you, no blocked messages or any received messages from you. This issue started after a previous support issue was resolved, we received emails for a day and none since. Forms show on site or app, but not our email@example.com email
I checked your form. It is working properly. I cloned it to my account and tested again. It works properly. It is sending email notification.
I checked your mail log. You have tested your form 4 times today. And you should have received a response email from your forum entry.
The issue must be with the email you are using, Please check your spam folder again. The emails might have been marked as spam.

We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
