Can you please help me in setting up product ordering form?

Hi,

The company I work for has 4 stores.  Three of those stores need to be able to place orders directly from the fourth store. I am looking for a form that will allow these three stores to see all items available to order, allow them to choose how many they want, show the costs for each item, and add up their entire order.  We would also need to be able to update these items weekly, preferably by importing a spreadsheet, and we would need to be able to enter a budget amount each week and alert the stores when their order is over the budgeted amount.  Then once they are done they can submit their order and this would be emailed to our fourth store.  Also, no monetary action needs to take place.  The costs are strictly for budgeting purposes.

Is this possible with JotForm?  If so, can you help me with this or at least direct me to some documentation that will help me figure it out?

I would advise you first to check our Order Templates here: https://www.jotform.com/formtemplates/search/order%20form just to have a picture how your form could look like. 

Regarding showing products, prices and remaining quantity you can check this widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory

That should suit your needs for products.

Now, importing excel for products that will not be possible, you will have to adjust products manually(if you're using that widget).
