I cloned your form called 'test form', and the form's notification emails are working properly.
However we are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folder of email providers. Could you please check your email spam box. If JotForm emails are there could you please mark them as not spam.

I am having the same issue with one of our e-mail recipients. It seems to be happening to one e-mail -.
He confirms that it is not in his Junk/Spam/Clutter boxes. I have tried recreating the notifications to no avail. Any insight?
