Several Email Recipients on our Van Request Form aren't receiving Emails

    Hello.  I have been unsuccessful with routing form to email addresses.

    To my current understanding you're not receiving emails of new submissions to email addresses listed on your form.

    We do sincerely apologize about this problem.

    I've checked your form and found you have about 8 recipients listed to receive the notification.

    All of them are not receiving and having this issue?


    Upon looking into this further I've found a one of your email recipient addresses ended up in bouncelist so I have removed it for you to allow the emails to flow again though I didn't find any of the other email addresses listed in our bouncelist.

    Result: is IN the bounce list
    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Message rejected as spam by Content Filtering.'


    Also, according to your email history I noticed that our mail server log shows we're sending them.

    Have you checked your spam folder to see if any of the emails ended up there by accident?

    We are having email issues recently. JotForm emails are falling into spam folders of some of the email providers. Could you please check your email spam box? If JotForm emails are there, could you please select all of them and mark them as not spam.
