Field Numbering: Automatically number each field

I searched your forum and only found a reply from 2011.  Was hoping you had added this feature.  I have over 250 fields.

Do you want to add a number to each field? There is no option to automatically number them, you will need to manually do it. If you need to manage multiple fields at once, here is how: https://www.jotform.com/help/242-How-to-Manage-Multiple-Fields

Under "Conditions" for "Conditional Logic" you do a great job of numbering the fields, as shown in the picture above.  Is there is not a way to use that numbering on the form?  As mentioned, I have over 250+ fields.  If I delete or add one, there is at least one hour of my time updating the numbering.

I have over 900 text boxes.  I'm on hour #2 of numbering.  A text gui would even be helpful, where all fields would show up and I could click just once to update the text.  As it stands, I have to triple and quadruple click every box to number.

The feature request was raised by my colleague. Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA for when it can be implemented, but we will let you know if we have any updates.
