I´m not receiving ALL email notifications.

    Hello,

     

    I just noticed that I have all submissions but not all email notifications. To set an example on Nov 01, 2016 I had close to 1300 submissions but received only 480 email notifications. 

     

    My forms affected are ISB LX Disp Info and Lexicon ISB D1

     

    Can you please correct this?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We were experiencing some issues with the email server yesterday. However, it was a different issue related to multiple recipients which is already fixed by our backed team. I have tried submitting one of your JotForm and see that the email has been sent successfully from our end.
