Why does the submitted form had been automatically deleted?

    Hello,

    Why does the submitted for had been automatically deleted? I cannot restore the form by the way

    Hi Louis,

    Thanks for using Jotform. I really do understand how upsetting this is. I can help you with/do that. Jotform never deletes forms automatically, can you give more details about your form? If you delete the form by yourself, it will be removed permanently after 30 days. I see that you created a ticket without login, maybe your session is not active, can you try to re-login to Jotform? Also, you can check the Folder at the My Forms page. Let me show you how to do it:

    • Go to My Form page.
    • Click on tabs on the left menu to check folders.
