Why I'm not receiving submissions to my email?

Formu yapıyorum. Gönder diyorum.. Gönderir gibi yapıyor ama icraat yok..Bir engelleme mi oluyor acaba. Böyle bir engel varsa kaldırır mısınız lütfen. Saygılar.
