    I can't receive notifications

    Hi there,

    Good day.

    I have created a form but after submit, the information does not reach my email mailbox.

    I do a test email but it does not work too.

    It works earlier.

    Is there any issue with your mail server? 

    Pls advise.

    We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing. 

    I checked your form and recipient e-mails on your notification settings. The -mail addresses were in bounce list. Please note that I removed it and you should receive notification after that. 





    Could you please try again and let us know if the issue still persists?

    Hi. Thanks for your quick response.

    I have tried a few times but still do not receive the notification in my yahoo inbox.

    Can you pls check again and advise?

    Hi,

    It seems like your both of your email accounts ended up in the bounce list again. I have now removed them off the list and you should be able to receive the notification emails normally. However, since this seems like an often recurring issue I strongly suggest you to use SMTP.

    Please read our guide about how to setup SMTP:
