How can I set Dropbox to use a certain line in the form(s) that is filled out to save that as the file name rather than just a long number?
The two files (form and image) that was uploaded was named as follows:
Form: 354341825398975183 - submission
Image: 354341825398975183 - icons_tree_FOCUS

You can edit the folder or file name in the integration itself. However, you need to assign a field so that the value entered by the user in that field will be used as a file name. Here's an example:
As you can see on the screen capture above, I clicked the pencil/edit icon and then choose the "Company Name" field and then hit the "Apply" button. I added an extra test beside the Company Name just to show that it is possible to add a static text.
I did a test submission on my test form and enter "JotForm Support" as the Company Name.
Here's the result:

No worries. You don't need to update the embed code in Dreamweaver. Any changes you make in the Form Builder will reflect on the webpage where the form is embedded provided that you use the embed code or iframe code.
If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
