Zoho CRM integration with other than Lead and Contact modules?

    Hello Jotform team,

     

    I was wondering whether it will be possible in the future to integrate Jotform with other modules in Zoho CRM than just Leads and Contacts? I remember that in the previous version of Jotform it was at least possible to create an integration with Cases. Now this doesn't seem to be possible anymore. Are you planning on adding it and would it also be feasible to add an integration with custom modules in the Enterprise edition of Zoho CRM?

    Another questions concerns the normal integration with Leads and Contacts. Is there a limit to the number of fields that can be integrated? We seem to have come across such a limit recently, where it was not possible to add any further fields

    As of the moment, our integration with Zoho CRM can only pass data into Contacts and Leads, and cannot pass data to other modules of Zoho CRM.

    However, you can achieve such advanced configuration by connecting JotForm and Zoho CRM through a third-party service such as Zapier. Based on Zapier's documentation, I believe Zapier allows for passing data even to add/update data in other modules:

    Supported Actions

        Create/Update Contact - Adds a new contact. Can be used to update an existing one too.
        Create/Update Module Entry - Advanced feature: adds data to a specific module. Can be used to update an existing module entry too.
        Create/Update Lead - Adds a new lead. Can be used to update an existing one too.
