Why Sender Name says Alice Collins in all my replies?

    I can see the other thread and the problem you're reporting, I have also tested this form https://www.jotform.com/form/53048824158964 and I cannot replicate the issue either, I have checked the email settings in your form and I can see the sender name has been set up dynamically.

    On my test I can see the sender name was changed according to the information I entered in the form: 

    Do note that the sender name will be the one you've entered at the moment of submitting the form.

    If the problem still persists could you please let us know if it happens in all the notifications in your form? 

    If adding a new email notification does not resolve the issue, could you please add our support email address as recipient so we can check the sender information on our end in a real submission email.
