We have converted our form from Paypal to Stripe. After switching over and doing a live test that featured an approval from stripe we ran into two problems.
First problem is that the completed order did not show up in Jotform.The second problem is on the test email it shows the box for the order form field, but when completing an order it does not show the order details at all just the fields above it.
What can we do to fix this issue?Page URL:

First of all, I want to warn you about that if you have deleted your PayPal field you are not able to see the submissions of the PayPal field anymore.
I have cloned your form and tried on my side in order to test.
For your first problem; I have fulfilled the form and I have seen that I am able to see the orders as you can see the following screenshot:
