Difference between Email Notification and Email Autoresponder

Is this to notify me when somebody fills out my website form or is this to send the person who fills out the form a copy of their submission???

If you want to receive an email every time your form is successfully submitted then you can add Notification Email to your form as explained in the guide.

Autoresponder Email, on the other hand, lets you send emails to someone who fills your form and successfully submit it.
