I was sent the details on how to access my invoice, but I do not have the Billing option on my profile. How do I get that access so I can see my invoices?

The current username caiena you're logged in is on a FREE plan. So it doesn't have any billing payment invoice.
Were you perhaps referring to another username? I think its the username stonegatesl
If you can login to the other username you can check the billing payment invoice.
