Downgrade unsuccessfull

    I downgraded my plan 2 days ago but I've been debiuted on my Paypal account anyway.. waht's wrong? I did it again for next billing period but the fact is I wished the change to be applied as from this Month. may I ask for a refund?

    Hellow Pascal,

    The problem is because PayPal is subscription based so it will re-subscribe automatically if you don't do the manual cancellation on PayPal's side. To do that please follow (and please do this so you avoid charge next month):

    I will request a refund for your last payment and that will be processed in a couple of business days.
