Customers submit forms and I reply to them and never hear back unless they call to say "why didn't you respond to my email?" When I say that I did respond and ask them to search their spam folder they find it there. Any more information on this? It's a very expensive problem!

Do you reply from Submissions page at JotForm, or from your regular email client?
Is this happening with some specific form?

I still have the same problem and I reply from my email client.

If you are replying to the forwarded emails, this might be an issue. Have you tried using direct email notifications to your gmail recipient address and replying to those emails?
