Remove Tab created on a Facebook page

How to remove a tab created by JotForm on a facebook page ?

You can remove the Tab in the Settings of your Facebook page. Here's how:

1. In your Facebook page, go to Settings. After that, click the "Apps" section. Inside the Added Apps, you'll see JotForm App. Please click the "Edit Settings" option.

2. The "Edit JotForm Settings" will pop up, you need to click the "remove" link to remove the tab. After that, click the "OK" button.
