I need to know which template to use that will work best

I am hosting a silent "virtual LIVE basket auction" I need to be able to upload pics of the baskets with a click box for them to add how many ever baskets they want to their cart, which will buy them into that basket as if they are placing a ticket  or bid on that basket. Each picture will have a ticket purhcase price attached to it . once they are done clicking they can cash out via paypal ( i have an acct w pay pal) I also need all the information of who bought into each basket loaded into a spread sheet so i can use their names in a drawing that I will do.

However, you can also create your payment form from the scratch, please see this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/165-Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form

There you can add quantity options for each product and even upload an image for each product.
