We have written some api which used to process and save the data in sql server. Can you please let us know if there is any way to implement this?

You can pass data from your JotForm form to your own website, and you'll need to have a PHP page on your website that will intercept this data and perform the actions you want. Please see the following guides that describe sending POST data from the form to your own PHP page for processing:
