I can't scroll down on the payment form

sometimes i can't scroll down on the Payment form... 

please advise..

Did you embed the form to your website? Or is it an issue when viewing the form on its direct link? If it's embedded then that might be a conflict in the page. You can fix that by re-embedding the form using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
