We get an error that says this date is not available in the form

    when the form is filled out properly, at the very end of the form the date populates today's date automatically, and upon hitting submit, we get an error that says "this date is not available."

    And- we are still encountering an issue with the Parent 1 Birth Date. When the entire form is filled out, but we leave 1 required field blank, for example student ID- we get an error message that says:

    "There are incomplete fields in your submission:

    -parent 1 date of birth is required

    Please go back and fix the problem."


    This error message is the error message regardless of the missing required field. Then we the user does go back using the provided go back link, sometimes the entire form is blank. Or- we have also seen Parent 1 phone number clearing out for whatever reason and having to fill it in multiple times before the form submits properly.

    We really appreciate your help with this issue.

    I cannot replicate the problem in your form. I have tested your form and was able to submit it without getting any error. Did you embed the form to your website? If yes, share with us the page URL so we can check that for you. The current embed method that you have chosen probably creates a conflict in your page. We need to check it to confirm.

    For conflicts, we recommend the iframe method.

    We do not use iframe, I use the embed script. We may have resolved the issue, or at least lessened it.

    I did test your form which is embedded in your webpage and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit your form successfully without any error message. Please check the screenshot below:


    I would suggest you to please test your form again and see if the issue persists. If the issue persists, I would also suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code.
