Can I manage how my looks when printed?

Our forms need to be printed for hard copied records and we use our printed forms them daily. For this reason, receiving an exported spreadsheet of all submissions, or even of an individual submission is not visually appealing or helpful. What are other options for viewing completed submissions?

If you are referring to the design, that would need you to inject a custom CSS Print Media Query in the form. This is manual and would take time for long forms. But we have a workaround for this, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/335-How-to-Print-the-Form-with-the-Users-Data. 

We also allow getting a PDF copy of the submission. You may consider trying this. In the notification email settings, we have the feature to attach the PDF copy of the submission. Just enable this in the settings:
