Removing quantity options doesn't work

Hi,

 

I am trying to delete some pricing options or quantity fields on my form, but with the new Jtoform interface I can't change , edit, lick or delete anything.

 

For example, right now I have lots of packages and prices, I just want to keep 5 pakcages of Youtube views:

Why isn't it working? I trid on many different browsers too.

Hi Marc,

Sorry for this inconvenience.

You can not delete your "Quantity Option". However, you can delete your product and add it again with your quantity options that you want. 

So will not be possible at the moment tor remove quantity options.

What we can do is to request this feature to our developers if you want, we will forward then this thread to our second level, but we cannot ensure an ETA or if this will be available; however, will would let you know as soon as we get news regarding this. 

Please do let us know if you would like this to be escalated so we can proceed.

Are you telling me that to change a prices I have to deleted my entire
pricing options and redo them all one by one?

I cloned your form and did some tests. I was able to edit and delete the pricing options as you can see from the animation below:

If issue still persists on your end, please try to clearing your form's cache and browser's cache and see if this works on your end.
