Trouble adding Link

Hi,

I am trying to add this link to my existing feedback form https://form.jotform.com/233437298548166.

If the user answer yes to being interest in joining a waiting they can sign up using this link. Can you help me integrate that into my existing form? Here is the link https://form.jotform.com/233437298548166

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the link you have provided and they are all identical. If you are trying to redirect your users to go to the Feedback form if they have answered yes to your other form, you can use conditional logic for it. You can check out this guide on how you can change the “Thank You” page URL redirect based on your users' answer on a field.
