How can I set Unique Submissions on my form?

How can i restrict participants to submit only 1 application? because i don't like the fact that someone is able to submit more than 1 form

You can set unique submissions on your form. Please follow the steps below:

#1- Click Preferences.

#2- Click Advanced in Preferences page.

#3- Find "Unique Submission" in the list. Choose one of these three options. You can use cookies or IP addresses of submitters to prevent multiple submissions. 

#4- Finally, save your changes.
