I downgraded my account but it billed me again

    I HAVE DOWNGRADED TO FREE ONLY TO BE CHARGED THIS MONTH AND WHEN I CHECKED I WAS NEVER DOWNGRADED!

    I FOLLOWED THE STEPS AND IT HAS NOT BEEN WORKING OR I DO NOT WHAT. I AM ANGRY SINCE I HAVE DOWNGRADED AND WAS CHARGED WHAT NOW?

    I checked your account and realized that you didn't cancel your plan properly. Could you please follow the instructions which is in this user guide?

    After you cancel your subscription on Paypal, please inform us. We'll add you refund queue.
