Form title is not appearing correctly on the facebook page

    Thankyou Amy for trying to resolve the issue. But now it appears correct when I press publish to facebook - as seen in INJOT png but then when it lands in facebook it changes again refer to facebook png????

    Please review our user guide: How-to-Change-the-Page-Title-of-the-Form

    It is possible you have not change the form page title/name in the Preferences / Advance settings as well.
