How can I change the notice page of a deactivated form?

    Hello,

I know how to create a custom disabled message, but it's well, not in keeping with the brand.

Can I create a custom disabled screen like the "Thank You" or do a redirect?

    Thanks

    Hello Jerole,

For now, you can change the message via the Warnings Message of the form. But unfortunately, you cannot change the layout of the warning page.

I am escalating this issue as a feature request. I can not promise whether it will be implemented or not. You will be informed by our developers via this topic.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.

Thank you. That would be great, I noticed quite a few requests for this.

My only other option is to change the link that directed clients to begin with, but since the bulk was sent via email, their links will remain intact.

    Best

You are kindly welcome, Jerole, my colleague already forwarded this to our developers.

Please keep in mind that even if the feature request is accepted by our development team, we cannot provide any kinds of ETA with regards to how long such a feature would take to be implemented.

As such, please use the "warning message" changing method to customize the text on the disabled page for the time being, until such a time that a more advanced feature for its customization may get implemented. Thank you!
