When viewing the submissions for all our forms the inbox only shows one field heading and no data for the submission.
The emails show the complete entry, but the inbox and the exported files (Excel, CSV, PDF) contain no data.
Please can you advise.

Please enable the Europe Datacenter option in your Account > Data page. Please see below.
