Downgrading Not Taking Effect

    Hi

    I downgraded yesterday from the Bronze to the Free plan. But for some reason I got charged today for $19 USD.

    Hello maccalgary,

    I did check your account and found that you have paid bronze subscription payment through PayPal account. Please note the subscription needs to be cancelled from your own Paypal account..

    OK. I just cancelled from PayPal. But I believe I should have been informed that I should cancel from PayPal.
    Can I get a refund for that payment?
