We are working with a client that is in need of online checklist type forms. We have successfully created an option in JotForm, but are needing specific analytics and reporting to make it a success. For example reporting analytics for specific users, such as with a "manager checklist" did user Sally Sue complete her checklist daily, and if so can I review specifics or generalized analytics on a specific submitter.
We believe that there is a widget that would assist us in analytic capture and most likely a widget to support data in to graphs and summarized reporting. I would like a phone call if possible, I can be reached at (734)747-6278 or by email email@example.com or Cal at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We do have an in-house analytics, you can view it here: https://www.jotform.com/form-analytics/. This analytic tool allows you to view responses by a user and the duration of the submission. View the device, the platform and the location of the submitter.

If you want an advance analytics data, you can use Google Analytics. It's widely used and can give you better form insights.
