Continue to receive Oembed error on form in wordpress websiteAsked by gameplanwebz on November 23, 2016 at 04:17 PM
I send a test submission to your form and I was not able to replicate the problem. Here's a screenshot after clicking the submit button:
If you want to embed the form to your website, please try using iFrame method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
Hope that helps. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.
This is because I removed the embed in HTML and created a button to link to
the form. Originally, I had the form embedded in my WordPress site and Wix
site. I removed it from those sites. The embed still doesn't work.
I checked your website page and indeed the form was not embedded anymore. I do see the button/link only of the Registration form.
Please try also re-embedding your form https://www.jotform.us/form/63275774227160 again on your website using instead its iframe publish code.

You can try again the form when published using its iframe code.
Hope this help. Let us know if there is more we can assist you with.
