My form has been deleted on Facebook

    I tried to link in my jot form by adding custom tab on facebook. at first it was successful. but after a few days, my form has been deleted. why is this so?

    Hi,

    The link you provided does not work, as expected. Please follow the instructions below.

    1. Go to your page and see what you should do on my screenshot:

    2. Go to the form on JotForm that you'd like to publish on Facebook. Then please use the "Facebook" option on the "Publish" page under "Platforms" tab:

    Your form should be added to your page once you click the "Add JotForm Tab" button.
